Federal Elections 2006


During the federal election of January 23rd 2006, 23,000 young participated in Voters in Training activities in over 125 schools and youth centers throughout Quebec. Some 108 institutions in 51 electoral ridings organized mock elections.

A total of roughly 13 000 young people participated in Voters in Training activities in a hundred or so schools and youth centers despite the late election date in the school calendar: June 28th. Around 100 institutions, in 38 ridings, have organized mock elections. Here are the Voters in Training results :

Montreal 2001

Montreal 2001 For the pilot project, which took place during the 2001 municipal elections, 11 schools and 39 classes were chosen on the island of Montreal. A total of 766 students participated in the mock election. Here are the results of the very first Voters in Training for their city hall:
